What are you grateful for today?
I woke up this morning feeling happy, much like I do every morning. I wake up on a soft bed with clean sheets surrounded by love… a loving husband by my side and three cute little doggies running around the house, I am a happy and grateful person!
But today was different for me. Its been exactly three months that I started blogging and I never knew I would be appreciated in the world of bloggers with such open arms. The world is full of wonderful people and I got to interact with a few of them in this wonderful world of bloggers. They are supportive, uplifting and appreciating!
When I wrote my first blog I was skeptical and doubtful if my writing would be appreciated. But a few of my friends have been extremely supportive and encouraging and they had pushed me to start writing. And today I am glad I did!
Based at a place where internet is a luxury I knew I would not be able to put the needed effort to increase my blog traffic but I have been trying hard. I am not able to read all posts of the bloggers I follow and love reading, at times the full article doesn’t load, even my comments fail to load at times and its disheartening.
But today… you know there are some days when everything seems to be going our way : you find money in a coat pocket, the first rose blooms in your garden, it finally rains after a long long time and gives you relief from the awful heat.. it was that kind of day today.
My internet was working really well today(*touch wood*) and I could go through all my notifications, read few wonderful blogs and also complete a few pending works. And what made me happy the most is the support and love of all you blogger friends have showered on me. The notification showed 90 followers and I wanted to thank all you wonderful people! I know it’s not a big number but for it does give me a reason to smile and want to write more and stay connected to all you wonderful people!
So, THANK YOU! I am GRATEFUL <3
